Documentation Sources
Every page on the documentation site is backed by a source. There are two kinds: content you write by hand, and content generated automatically from Kaltura's internal services.
Hand-Written Sources
Most pages are plain Markdown files written by documentation authors. The minisite manifest declares each page and points to its source file — the build does the rest.
Example: The Introduction to Kaltura API page is a hand-written Markdown file referenced by the Getting Started minisite manifest.
Auto-Generated Sources
Some pages are generated automatically from Kaltura's Platform Content Registry — a centralized repository of API specs, SDK documentation, and experience guides. These pages stay in sync with the services they document, without manual updates.
Learn more: See Platform Content Registry for registry details and Experiences for the experience source types.
